A lifelong Houston area native, I was born and raised in Pasadena and have been a Pearland resident since 2006. Upon graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science (Business minor), I became a coach and science teacher at my old high school in Pasadena where I taught for three years.
In 2007 I decided to leave teaching behind and enter real estate. Since then my passion has been helping people get their best possible deal while buying and/or selling property all over the great state of Texas. I pride myself on being honest, easy to communicate with, a shrewd negotiator and an expert market analyst.
In 2014 I became a broker and started JL Wyatt Properties. Since then we have worked tirelessly to assemble an all-star team of real estate professionals that share the same principals of honesty, integrity and dedication to our trade that sets us apart from other larger brokerages. We take a team work approach with our clients to ensure that all needs are met and satisfaction is guaranteed each and every time.
Outside of real estate my family, faith and sports are what make me go. My beautiful wife and I have two great kids. Our daughter was born in 2009 and our son came along in 2011. We are members of New Hope Church and love to pray hard and play hard. Depending what sport is in season, you can usually find us in a gym or at a ballpark. I grew up playing sports with coach for a father and now I’m the coach. I guess the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.
