About Me
Born and raised in the H, Houston is the only place I’ve ever lived! Growing up in southeast Houston, I attended Pasadena ISD schools, so I’ve always considered the Pasadena area my second home. My family and I moved to Pearland in 2016 and we are proud to be raising our son in the diverse and loving community that we’ve chosen to live in! Prior to Real Estate I worked in sales for a national wireless provider before transitioning into a management position within that same company. A better opportunity then led me to a restaurant management position for one of the top casual dining restaurants in America.
In 2014 I decided it was time for a change. After buying my first home and hitting a place where I was no longer content with my career, I fell in love with Real Estate and the thought of helping friends and family with the biggest purchases and sales of their lives! Since then, I’ve used my resources and relationships to deliver top-notch real estate services to my clients. I strive to be the best communicator, act with integrity, and above all, always work in the best interest of my client. Closing in on 10 years now as a full time Realtor, I’ve built my career around these standards of practice.

Layne is the most open and honest communicator I know and combined with his years of experience in Real Estate prior to JLWP, I was sure he would be successful. I was right! At J.L.
